How to make Bhuna Mutton Fry?+
Be careful with ingredients
Take a cooker and add 2 tablespoon of oil in it along with garam masala and cumin powder. Fry it for some time and then add 10-15 grated garlic to it. Once the garlic is fried nicely, add 6 sliced onions to the cooker and stir it all for some time.
Next, add some salt to it as per your taste and then 3 teaspoons red chilli powder, ½ teaspoon turmeric powder, and 2 teaspoon coriander powder. Mix everything nicely as it all continues to fry in the cooker.
Here comes the mutton!
Add ½ cup water and then 1.5kg mutton to the cooker and mix it with rest of the ingredients. Once it is nicely mixed, add ½ bowl of water to the cooker and close the lid of the cooker. Pressure cook everything and wait for 3 whistles and let the cooker cool down.
If the pieces of the mutton are still a bit hard, then you can also pressure cook for 2 more whistles.
Now, make sure to stir it and cook/fry it until it becomes semi-dry in the end.
Some cooking, some garnishing and you get the flavorful ambience
Once you notice the thick gravy, add ½ tablespoon of ghee and 2 teaspoon garam masala to it. Stir it all once again for better results.
Finally garnish it with coriander and then mix the same with mutton and gravy as it will give your dish a unique flavor.
Yes! It’s ready… That’s all you had to do.
Happy Cooking!
