So now, let’s just get to the most important part of this post – The process of preparing cheese butter masala.
Step #1 – Take a pan and add 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon butter, let it boil and then add ½ teaspoon jeera, 3 cardamom, 3 cloves, black pepper seeds, 1 teaspoon garlic paste and onion paste. Mix it all and cook it for some time. Fry it until it turns brown in color.
Step #2 – Now, add 1 teaspoon of ginger paste, 1 teaspoon chili powder, ½ teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, and tomato puree of 3 tomatoes. Cook it for a few moments and then add more tomato puree which you can get from the market.
This will help your dish to get that perfect texture and essence that increases the taste.
Step #3 – Add some salt as per your taste, ½ teaspoon garam masala and mix it well. Once the curry masala is ready, add 4 tablespoon cream and stir it with the curry. Sprinkle it with kasoori methi and mix it too.
Step #4 – Finally, add some water to it and keep stirring. Cook it for at least five minutes and then pour 1 teaspoon butter and 1 teaspoon cream to it.
In the end, serve the gravy in a bowl and put the cheese cubes on it. Garnish it with some cream (optional).
That’s it….
