Yeast-free cheese burst pizza is recipe which is full of steps that can take a lot of efforts from you, but for such a delicious dish, you can put some efforts, right?

I mean who isn’t a pan of pizza? If you’re reading this, just think of the name of person in your circle who doesn’t love pizza. It is nearly impossible to not fall in love with this amazing thing called pizza.

The recipe that I’m going to share today has toppings that are loved by the vegetarians, but if you like non-vegetarian, you can surely add some chicken, Bacon or Salami to your pizza.

In this recipe, I will take you through the process of preparing the base all the way to the selection of toppings and finally baking of the pizza. One big thing about this recipe is that this pizza is yeast-free which makes it a bit healthier options of pizza.

Also, you will notice that we have used mozzarella cheese in this recipe. However, you can use any of your choice, it’s totally up to you.

Therefore, without taking much of your time, let’s get to the process of making your favorite yeast-free cheese burst pizza.

Preparation of the base   

First of all, you have to dust some all-purpose flour and using the rolling pin and board, make a round shaped base. Next, prick the base to avoid puff ups in the base.

Similarly, take another piece from the dough and role it like before. The only difference is that you have to fill it with cheese spread.

Time for some cooking and baking

Meanwhile, keep the preheat oven ready at 250 degrees Centigrade. Grease the oven tray with some oil and dust it with flour. Put the base on the tray and apply the cheese spread.

Next, take pan at low flame and apply butter on it (you can apply it using a brush or with a spoon as well). Cook the first base that we made in the pan for some time.

Make sure it doesn’t become very thin, as it will contain all the toppings of the pizza, it has to take the weight of all the things, so it has to be a bit strong. Once it is nicely cooked, let it cool for some time.

And here comes the toppings

Now, take the cooked base from the oven and place the second on its top. Cover it and apply some water on the edges. It will help the dough to stick to the base.

Put the pizza sauce and spread it nicely over the top of the base. Next, add some mozzarella cheese to it, some onions, red, yellow and green bell pepper, corns, olives and chilli flakes.

You can use multiple veggies and other topping options apart from the above-mentioned ones.

Finally, bake the pizza at 250 degrees centigrade in an oven. It will take approximately 15-20 minutes and that’s it!
