Step #1 Basic cooking

Take a pan and keep it on low flame while cooking. Put 2 tablespoon ghee in the pan. Next, put 1.5 cup milk powder and stir it with the ghee in the pan. Now add one tablespoon ghee more to the mixture.

Step #2 A bit closer to the climax

It’s turn for the condensed milk to join the mixture in the pan. Precisely, it should be 1.5 cup. Mix it until you’re sure that there is not lump and the mixture is smooth.

Don’t forget to keep the flame low during all this process.

Now add ½ tablespoon Cardamom Powder and mix it well with the mixture in the pan.

It’s time to leave it for cooling for at least 30 minutes.

Once it is done, make a dough of it by spreading it in a dish. Then using your hand, cut out a piece from the dough and work it all in your palms to shape it into a ball. Now press your little fingertip on top of the round ball to give it a round shape on top as well.
