What is that one thing which people across all ages love equally? If your answer is Chocolate, then yes, you’re absolutely right. With that in mind, today I present to you one of the easiest chocolate recipes that is Chocolate Fudge. 

The best part is for this recipe you just 3 ingredients and you are good to go. So, I believe there is no reason to ignore this recipe especially if you’re learning to cook these days.

The reason why I brought up this recipe is because it’s one of those recipes where you don’t have to spend long hours to set thing up and then getting to the process to make it.

All this recipe asks for is to melt the chocolate nicely add some basic easily available ingredients to and then refrigerate it. If that’s not easy, then I don’t know what is!

Imagine a weekend in the summers, you in your home and peace along with some chocolate fudge which can be made in just a while. Trust me, this dish values your time more than anything else.

Talking about the 3 ingredients that are used in this recipe, its just chocolate (I’ve used dark chocolate along with milk chocolate, you can go with the same pair, or you can use one of these alone for the dish), sweetened condensed milk which is about 400g in quantity (3 cups) and melted butter (2 tablespoons).

Now, let’s get down to the process of making chocolate fudge with these 3 ingredients. 

How to make chocolate fudge easily at home?

Step #1. Double boiling method

First of all, we need to melt the chocolate by double boiling method.

For, that, take a steel pot and add around one jar of water into it. Now, take a bowl of chocolate but make sure that the bowl sets perfectly on the top of the steel pot having the water. And the bottom of the bowl is not touching the water in the steel pot.

Turn the burner On and once the water starts heating, put the bowl of chocolate on the steel pot and keep the flame on medium level. It will take a while to completely melt the chocolate.

Step #2. Mixing of ingredients

Now, when you have fully melted chocolate, add 2 tablespoons of melted butter to it. Next take 3 cups (around 400g) of sweetened condensed milk and pour it into the bowl having the melted chocolate and nicely stir it.

Step #3. Refrigerate it and done!

Pour the entire thing in a tin having a parchment paper already spread on it and keep it in the refrigerator. You can also sprinkle some sea salt on it for extra taste before keeping it in the refrigerator, but it is not mandatory. 

You need to keep it in the refrigerator for 2 hours and after that it will be ready.

Finally, cut it in small square pieces. Sprinkle some sea salt on to it again (optional step)
