Eggless & Butterless cake

Have you ever thought preparing a cake at home which has a very few ingredients? There are many people in the world who love to cook and at the same time experiment with certain things.

These are the people who eventually make the best of new dishes. This time I have come with a recipe which would help you prepare a delicious cake at home, that too without butter and eggs.

Now that’s interesting, right?

The following recipe just consists of flour, vama soyabean oil, baking soda, baking powder, curd, sugar, and vanilla essence along with a pinch of salt.

The steps are easy and so is the process as well! And the result is this scrumptious home-made eggless and butter-less cake. This is something that if once you successfully make it at home, you wouldn’t be going to the cake shop or a bakery to buy a cake from there any longer.

With that said, follow the steps below to bake this amazing cake at home.

 

Mixing of dry ingredients

Take a big bowl, add 1½ cup of all-purpose flour, ½ teaspoon baking soda, 1¼ teaspoon baking powder, pinch of salt and stir everything in the bowl.

And then some more ingredients…

Now, take another bowl, add 1 cup of curd, 1 cup of sugar and mix it. Then add ½ cup of vama soyabean oil to it, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and mix it until the sugar is fully dissolved in it.

Mixing both of them together

Finally, pour the mixture of all the dry ingredients to this bowl and mix it all. Keep mixing until the batter is ready. Make sure that there are no lumps or knots in the batter.

In the next step, keep the cake tin ready which should be nicely dusted with flour, it should have butter paper on its inner surface. Pour the batter to the cake tin and then tap the tin quite a few times to get rid of air bubbles.

The baking process begins here!

Finally, keep the oven ready preheated at 180 degrees and keep the cake tin inside the oven. Bake the cake for at least 40-45 minutes and after that it would be ready.
