- 3 tablespoons chilli sauce

The variety of veggies that we use to make tofu is completely flexible. You can use any vegetable of your choice and skip those you don’t like.
For those who have no idea about what tofu is, I must tell you its just a soy-based food item. The curdling process of soy milk is used to make tofu. For fitness freaks, some good news is that this specific food item is high on plant-based proteins.
So, for those who are vegetarian, it is an amazing dish overall to add in your week’s menu. Be it pepper tofu fry or broccoli tofu stir fry, you name it, there are various versions available and that’s the beauty!

Here’s how to make stir-fried tofu
Start with the easy step
In a heated pan, add 2 teaspoons oil, one bowl of tofu, and fry it until you can see a change in its color to golden. Now, in another pan, add 1 teaspoon crushed garlic cook it on medium flame, then add some onions to it, some green chillies, and then red, yellow and green capsicum.
Some mixing and finally finishing things up.
Mix it all and cook it for some time and then add some salt according to your taste and preference. Next, sprinkle some black pepper on it, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon soya sauce, 3 tablespoons chilli sauce and stir fry it all for at least two minutes.
Finally, add the tofu to this mixture and mix everything, sprinkle sone coriander over it and cook it for some time.
