Preparation – First, take 1 bowl all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder, ½ teaspoon baking soda, 1 cup curd, 1 tablespoon oil and kneed it all with some water to make a dough.
Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
Step #1. After that, using a rolling pin and board, roll oval pieces from the dough to give it a round shape.
Step #2. Then put some chopped green chillies, chopped garlic, coriander and sprinkle some kalonji seeds on the naan. Spread it all nicely on the naan using the rolling pin.
Step #3. Apply some water on the other side of the naan and then put it on an iron pan and heat it nicely.
Step #4. Spread/apply some butter on the naan after heating it and enjoy its magical taste.
Take another piece from the dough and repeat step #1 to make it oval. And then sprinkle some kalonji seeds to it and use the rolling pin to spread it all over the naan. Finally apply some butter to it and another naan is ready with more mouthwatering taste!
