How to cook it?
The boiling process
Take a steel pot, pour some water, and start boiling it. Pour 2 teaspoons oil in the pot and mix it. Next Add maggi to the pot and boil it for a few minutes. Once it is nicely boiled, rinse it.
Some mixing of the ingredients and it’s done
Now, add one teaspoon oil to the noodles and mix it properly. In a wok, add 2 tablespoons of oil and finely chopped vegetables of your choice. Here, I have taken chopped onions, chopped green chillies, chopped cabbage and chopped carrots. Finally, add maggi masala to these ingredients and mix it all nicely as you cook it.
In the end, add the boiled maggi noodles to the wok, mix it with all the ingredients and cook it for a few more minutes.
Pro tip: You can use cheese for the toppings on these noodles. It will result in extra deliciousness.
