Baking a cake at home is still a tricky task for most of the people around the world. This is a fact no matter how hard you try to ignore it. Some people make excuses of not having proper ingredients and some people just dodge it all by saying that they don’t have so much of time to bake a cake at home.

No matter what your reasons are, this time I have come with a recipe which doesn’t really take hard efforts from your side, not only that, but the ingredients are also pretty basic and above all, this recipe will not take long hours to prepare, but the taste will stay with you forever!

What can be one of the best chocolate cakes ever made? It’s the chocolate ganache cake for sure. A straight ten minutes of proper work and you are done.

 

Here’s how to prepare the cake and the chocolate ganache

Preparation for the cake

Take a bowl and add 2 cups of all-purpose flour, ½ cup of cocoa powder (unsweetened), ¼ teaspoon salt, 1¼ cups sugar, 1¼ teaspoon baking soda and mix it all.

Now add 1¼ cups of water, ½ cup oil, 1¼ vinegar teaspoons, and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and stir it up as nicely as you can to avoid any kinds of lumps in the mixture.

Next, take a baking tin, spread the parchment paper on the inner surface of the tin, grease it with butter and dust the surface with some flour. Once it is done, pour the mixture for the cake in the baking tin.

Tap the tin on the cooking area or the kitchen platform where you’re cooking, do it a gently and get rid of the air bubbles in the tin.

Finally, keep a preheated oven ready at 170 degrees and put the baking tin it for around 35-40 minutes to bake it nicely. To check if the cake is baked properly, just insert a skewer to the cake and pull it back, if it comes out clean, then it means your cake is ready.

Preparation for vegan ganache

Take a bowl and pour 4 tablespoons of extra virgin coconut oil in it, add 1/3 cup of cocoa powder, 1/3 cup of maple syrup and 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence and stir everything.

That’s how you prepare the vegan ganache!

By the time, the cake would be baked nicely, just pour the vegan ganache over the top the of the cake and then spread it all over it. The wonderful vegan chocolate ganache cake is ready…
